You may run into the term SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) while you research. It is a designation from the National Association of Realtors, and brokers whose brokerages belong to NAR can earn it through specialized coursework. I want to be straightforward with you: I do not hold the SRES designation. My brokerage, Katrina Eileen Real Estate, is not a NAR member, so that designation is not available to me. 4. Can you walk us through what the first month working with you looks like?
